Creating a week’s worth of delicious meals that are just as crave-worthy as they are healthy can be stressful, and isn’t something everyone has time for each week. Because of this, we created this Dairy-Free Meal Plan to make your life easier.
Clean Cuisine Basic Weekly Dinner Plan
Following a clean eating, dairy-free diet can easily turn bland, and into eating the same foods over and over again. With a busy schedule, and what seems like never enough time in the day, being creative with your meals can seem like an exhausting and daunting task.
However, having a diverse diet is not only important for health purposes, but also to keep food exciting, and enjoyable! Because of this, we like to follow a basic weekly guide to help us plan meals throughout the week. Here’s the breakdown:

Dairy Free Meal Plan
We firmly believe that dairy does the body more harm than good, which is why we’re in total support of a dairy free lifestyle! The meals in this plan are completely dairy-free, and even gluten-free to for meals everyone can enjoy.
No need to worry about putting together nutritious and delicious meals this week…we’ve got you! Let’s get into the recipes.
MONDAY – Meat free
Meat Free Monday’s are a perfect time to enjoy this Spaghetti Pie with Spaghetti Squash. Our Spaghetti Pie with Spagetti Squash recipe incorporates lots of spaghetti squash and is meat and dairy free.
Try this with a side salad topped with our Caesar Salad Dressing!
TUESDAY – Stir Fry
Cauliflower Stir Fry Rice recipe is loaded with flavor and super satisfying. With Asian-inspired stir fry seasonings, it’s sure to be a hit.
This Cauliflower Stir Fry Rice tastes BETTER than traditional Chinese-style Fried Rice. The biggest difference is that this stir fry rice is very healthy and is rice-free and grain-free too.
Enjoy this dish on it’s own, or pair this with Recipe for Cornbread Muffins for a little something extra on the side. (Make a double batch to go with tomorrow’s Best Egg Salad for half the prep time!)
WEDNESDAY – One Dish Wonder
This is seriously the BEST Egg Salad Recipe seasoned with smoked paprika, crushed garlic, creamy mayo, relish and sea salt. It’s the perfect one dish wonder for Wednesdays, and is such an easy recipe to throw together.

THURSDAY – Around the World
We love eating clean and nutritious food, but the word “cuisine” in our name means that it must also taste good. For us, this means adding a little heat to our dishes, especially when they are Mexican-inspired. This Enchilada Casserole are perfect for a dairy-free Mexican inspired dinner.

FRIDAY – Fish
Originally created as a last-minute idea, this Recipe for Crab Cakes has become one of my family’s new favorite weeknight seafood dinners.

SATURDAY – Burger
If you love lamb, or just looking for a lean, savory burger – this Lamb Burgers Recipe is going to hit the spot. Plus, we use a little tabbouleh to boost the flavor and nutrients.

SUNDAY – Chili
