Kick off 2016 on an Eau-so-healthy note with a Clean Cuisine mini wellness retreat at the luxurious Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa. It’s a new kind of social night out that fuses fitness, fun and indulgence!

The mini retreat will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29th 2016. The cost is just $50.

We will start the evening with an “E-AUMmmmm Fusion Fitness” class, the anti-inflammatory fusion approach to fitness we discuss in our Clean Cuisine book. You’ll learn a full body, full functional and fully transformational workout system that fuses yoga with cardio and strength training. It’s a workout that burns fat while also tones and stretches your muscles without overstressing or overstraining your body.

Following the workout Andy and I will chat about the tenets of Clean Cuisine’s anti-inflammatory nutrition program and Andy will be available to answer any medical questions. We will also reveal the number one thing you can do to slow aging, fight disease and fight flab.

After the workout and nutrition lecture we will all head to the Self-Centered Garden for a Champagne toast and then to the spa’s bath lounges. We’ll have full access to the steam rooms, saunas, dipping pools, showers and reflection pool. And we’ll have the spa all to ourselves!

We can also order dinner in and have it delivered right to the Spa. The resort’s Temple Orange , a restaurant emphasizing fresh and healthy options and offering an array of Clean Cuisine friendly Mediterranean and Floridian flavors is sure to satisfy.
