Our definition of clean eating is a plant-rich diet based on a wide variety of anti-inflammatory whole foods packaged in their most natural and nutrient-rich state.
Our family started eating this way in 1998 after Ivy’s diagnosis with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of twenty-two. When our son, Blake, was born in 2000, we raised him on the same clean food diet. Clean Cuisine doesn’t fit into any of the popular diet categories, but it’s what has worked for our family for almost 20 years.
