I would make everything and anything! My family makes fun of my cooking. I am simple, but healthy. I am often known for forgetting an ingredient; usually a key one. I know the pots and pans wouldn’t magically make me a better cook, but perhaps, just maybe things would taste better than they do now. I am learning to like cooking more, and am committed to healthy eating no matter how much my family complains! I realize I need a change of cookware to help make that happen. Right now we stick with mostly eating raw because I am concerned about cooking the nutrients out and leaching bad things in.
Thanks for having such a wonderful drawing.

This would be amazing. To win healthy cookware….I would make my go-to dish of rice and dark red beans….first I start with a little coconut oil in a fry pan. To that I add garlic and onions, once they start to soften up I add sliced grape tomatoes. I let it all cook down and then I add the dark red beans. Then a little soy sauce and lime juice. In a separate pot I make the rice (I love the Royal Blend of light brown rice, red quinoa and fire roasted freeheh). When the rice is done…..put a BIG pile on a plate followed by the bean mixture….Ummmmm, heavenly!!

What beautiful cookware! As a 40-something, with a blind eye as the big five-oh (50!) gets closer, I have turned my attention to better clean cooking. Can’t wait to make one of Ivy’s delish dish in this cookware. Plus, my husband is the chef around here anyway – he’s Brasilian and loves to make the things he loves – from scratch! Despite my begging otherwise, he continues to make white rice (a must with the black beans). I feel sure I can convince him to use one of these great pots to make some delish brown rice to go with any one of his favorite soups!! Hope I win!

Hi Ivy! I can’t wait to make your 7 minute healthy breakfast for kids and use my new cookware to make fabulous scrambled eggs. When I met my husband he was using Teflon pans and it took me a year or so to convince him that they were dangerous. In the meantime I used my own stainless steel pans. Anyway, now that they have safe alternatives to Teflon, i.e. these amazing and pretty Xtrema pans, my husband will be happy about the convenience of cleaning them and I will be happy about being able to cook without using unhealthy oil. Thank you so much!
