Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro*, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a classic batter bowl, use a pastry blender to mash two of the three avocados. To make your recipe for homemade guacamole a little chunky, chop the third avocado and gently stir into the mashed avocados.
- Add the red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and sea salt. Combine well with a mixing spoon. Serve with fresh cilantro and fresh homemade tortilla chips.
