Lemons are a staple in our home. We add it to teas, in our water, as a flavor booster in recipes and especially in our Everyday Salad Dressing.

My favorite ways to incorporate lemon into my day:
Squeezing them into my drinking water
Using them as an alternative (or flavor booster) to salt. ALWAYS squeeze lemon into your soups and pasta sauces–it boosts flavor without salt!
Dressing my salads

- 1–2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- juice of 1 to 1/2 lemon
- Pink Himalayan Sea salt, to taste
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
For a creamier dressing, add a mashed avocado!
For a tangier taste, add anchovy paste or dijon mustard for a quick caesar dressing.
Whisk all of the ingredients together for a delicious everyday dressing!
