The Juice Plus+ Nutrition Booster

We were introduced to Juice Plus+ back in 2008 by one of Andy’s patients and we’ll be honest, we were initially skeptical of the whole concept behind packaging the goodness of fruits and vegetables into a pill. But after discovering Juice Plus+ is one of the most scientifically researched nutritional supplement products on the market we decided to check it out for ourselves. What we learned was pretty impressive.

But that’s why we love it so much!

In our own words, Juice Plus+ is actually a convenient delivery system for boosting phytonutrient intake from fruits and vegetables. Ok…so our definition is not nearly as catchy or memorable as the one from corporate, but the point is, Juice Plus+ is actually a “whole” foods based fruit and vegetable nutritional booster.

      Hi Hanna, you definitely can take it before but you don’t necessarily need to. It is good to have a bit of food in your stomach when you take it though as some fat-soluble nutrients are best absorbed with food (assuming of course that the food has some fat in it!) Hope this helps?

      Hi Natalie, Not sure what exactly you mean by the “sachets”? I haven’t seen Juice Plus+ packaged in a sachet before?

      Hi Samantha, Juice Plus+ is sold in capsules, so you don’t actually need to mix it—you can just take it like a vitamin. However, some people don’t like the idea of swallowing capsules of any sort, so you can also just open the capsules up and pour the contents into a smoothie or water. Hope this helps?
