Green Apple Smoothie
Green Apple Smoothie is loaded with phytonutrients, anti-inflammatory properties and lots of delicious fruits and vegetables.

- 1 frozen banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Granny smith apple, cored and chopped (do not peel!)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 large handful kale or baby spinach
- 1 cup cold water
- 2–3 pitted dates
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4–5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients, except for the ice, in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again. Drink chilled.
