Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
