Mint Pesto

- 4 cups fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
