Ingredients

    • 1 banana, frozen
    • 1/2 cup canned coconut cream, chilled in the freezer for 1 hour
    • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 2 tablespoons key lime juice, Nellie and Joe’s
    • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 cup water, chilled
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup spinach, stems removed

    Instructions

    1. Please all ingredients into a high speed blender and puree on high for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve cold.
