Kale Chips in Oven

Easy to make, and requiring only 3 simple ingredients, this Kale Chips in Oven Recipe is one you’ll want to make over and over again.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350º f, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Place fresh kale (make sure it’s fully dried, and free from any water from washing) in a large bowl, and drizzle with avocado oil. Toss to evenly distribute.
  3. Sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt (and any additional spices of choice), and toss once more.
  4. Evenly distribute on parchment lined baking sheet, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until sides are beginning to brown slightly. Stir/flip halfway through. 
  5. Remove from oven, and allow to fully cool.
  6. Enjoy immediately!
