Homemade Hemp Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.

Notes

Store in a covered container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days at most. Shake well before drinking. If you want to make hemp “cream” simply reduce the water.
