Pumpkin Smoothie
- •1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée
- •1/4 cup raw pecans
- •1 cup ice cold water
- 2 teaspoons flaxseeds
- 1 frozen banana (cut into thick slices)
- 2 or 3 organic pitted medjool dates, like these ones from Terrasoul
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 inch knob of fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients except the ice cubes in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice cubes and process again until smooth and creamy. Drink at once.
