- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 frozen banana (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Drink cold.
