Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

Peanut Butter Strawberry Smoothie is loaded with nutrients and is quite healthy too. It’s dairy free, gluten free and is sugar free too!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk, try our homemade almond milk recipe
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter or raw almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons all-natural strawberry jelly (this is completely optional, it’s really sweet enough without the jelly!)
  • OPTIONAL: 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, like our favorite from Manitoba

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Drink cold.
