Healthy homemade flourless cookies with peanut butter, cashew butter, eggs, vanilla and chocolate chips!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and use a stone baking pan or prepare your baking pan or use unbleached parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, cashew butter, eggs, vanilla and baking powder until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Using a 2 tablespoon scoop, place the cookies on a baking pan. Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes until the bottoms begin to turn light brown.
