- 6 tablespoons nut based cream cheese style spread (such as Kite Hillbrand OR Dr. Cow brand)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons crumbled or shredded organic (grass fed cheese (I like Kerrygold Dubliner Irish Cheese))
