Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unrefined sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 teaspoon unpasteurized soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
