Carrot Ginger Sauce

- 1/4 cup unrefined sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 medjool date
- 1 teaspoon unpasteurized soy sauce
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
