Cranberry and Pomegranate Red Punch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 12 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 whole orange (peeled)
  • 1 cup frozen organic peaches
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 3 1/2 cups seltzer water
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate powder (like this one from Navitas Naturals)
  • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the rosemary sprigs, in a high-speed blender, like our favorite one from Ninja and process until smooth. Add the fresh rosemary sprigs. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve super cold.
