  1. Begin by slicing mushrooms (make sure to wash first), and chopping onions. Dry mushrooms with a paper towel, and set both veggies aside.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet, and add mushrooms and onions. Saute until beginning to brown (around 5-8 minutes).
  3. Add in garlic, and saute for another 2 minutes, or until garlic is turning golden brown.
  4. Add in coconut cream, salt, vegan cream cheese, and tapioca flour. Allow to simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, and smooth. 
  5. Remove from heat, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
