Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing



  1. Begin by placing fresh kale on a dinner plate or in a bowl to serve as the bed of the salad. 
  2. Peel mandarin orange, and break apart into slices. 
  3. Add dried cranberries, wild blueberries, sliced mandarins, almonds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds. Set aside.

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl (can also use a food processor). Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. 
  2. Drizzle on top of salad, and store the rest in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
