- ½ cup raw cashews or pine nuts, ideally soaked for 4 or more hour
- 2 cups filtered water, use less water for a more full-fat version and more water for a light version.
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
In a high speed blender, blend the nuts and water on high speed for about 2 minutes. Add the salt and blend again.
