Ingredients

  • 3 small carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 shallots, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea miso
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey, by Nature Nate’s
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup unrefined macadamia nut oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large food processor or high speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve chilled dressing over soft butter lettuce.

NOTE: Dressing will keep for up to four days if stored in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
