Soothing Ginger Lemon Honey Tea



  • 2 cup hot water
  • 510 slices of ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or 1/2 if it’s big and juicy)
  • 12 tablespoons raw honey


Peel and slice ginger and juice lemon. Boil water.

Add ginger and lemon juice to a glass and pour in the water. Let steep for several minutes.

Then drizzle in the honey. Stir before drinking and voilà!
