Ingredients

  • ½ cup pine nuts or raw organic macadamia nuts, like our favorite from Food to Live
  • ¼ cup white raisins
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put the first 3 ingredients in in a high-speed blender, like this Ultimate Blender and process into crumbs.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until mixture is crumbly and moist.
  3. Sprinkle a few tablespoons on top of your salad. Save the rest in a zip-top bag and store in the freezer.

8 dried organic apricots1/3 cup sundried tomatoes

½ cup sundried tomatoes
1/3 cup raw pecans
½ cup raw pine nuts
3 tablespoons raw goji berries
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon truffle salt
1/3 cup dried oyster mushrooms
½ teaspoon dried sage
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
