Carrot Fries

Crisp and perfectly air-fried, these Carrot Fries are the perfect way to get in more veggies, and add variety to your meals.

  • 12 ounces carrot sticks
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt


  1. Begin by preheating your air fryer (like this one) to 385ºF on the air fry setting. 
  2. Place carrot sticks in a medium-sized bowl, and pat dry. 
  3. Coat with avocado oil, garlic powder, and Himalayan pink salt, and mix well to evenly coat.
  4. Place in air fryer basket, and set timer for 20 minutes (check fries at 15 minutes to ensure they don’t burn, and then again at 20 minutes to ensure they are crisp, yet soft and thoroughly cooked).
  5. Remove from air fryer, and serve warm. Enjoy!
