This pre workout breakfast smoothie bowl recipe is super easy to digest and loaded with antioxidants, phytonutrients and vitamins to help fuel exercise.



  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup cooked sprouted whole grain brown rice (cooled)
  • 1 frozen banana (chopped)
  • 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • Optional sprinkle-on toppings: shredded coconut (chia seeds and walnuts)


  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (such as a Vitamix) and process until smooth and creamy.
