- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1/3 cup cooked sprouted whole grain brown rice (cooled)
- 1 frozen banana (chopped)
- 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 3/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- Optional sprinkle-on toppings: shredded coconut (chia seeds and walnuts)
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (such as a Vitamix) and process until smooth and creamy.
