Blueberry Smoothie with Spinach

Loaded with flavor AND greens, this Blueberry Smoothie with Spinach can be made in less than 5 minutes to boost breakfast nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1/4 cup whole flaxseeds
  • 2 teaspoons organic supergreens OR 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1216 ounces filtered water
  • OPTIONAL: 2 scoops (20g) grass fed collagen
  • OPTIONAL: Garnish with Wyman’s frozen cups

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender add the ingredients in this order – wild blueberries, banana, apple, flaxeed supergreens, collagen (optional), then water.
  2. If using baby spinach, add the spinach to the blender first and push down gently.
  3.  Process on high until smooth and creamy. Drink at once.
