Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • Unrefined sea salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender; process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, if necessary. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
