Lemon-Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • Unrefined sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender; process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, if necessary. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
